We extend our deepest sympathies to Andy and her family for their loss. I spent a lot memorable time in my early life with Tom and our mutual friends in Rockville. Later in life we always enjoyed running into each other and just catching up. He was so proud of his family. Rest In Peace my friend. You are greatly missed.

I wanted to express my heartfelt condolences to all of the Dickerson family. Death is the hardest thing we have to deal with in life. I know my words can’t change anything and can do little to ease the pain you are feeling, so I pray that the God of comfort calm your hearts and help you heal. (2 Thessalonians 2:16,17) Lean on Him in the days to follow. One way that God comforts us today is by moving people who care about us to give us words of encouragement that we need to hear. Our deepest sympathy to all the Dickerson family. He was a good man and raised a wonderful family. We will always remember the fun of our sons being on his St. Mary's football team and winning championships under his guidance, as well as gaining the love of football. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all at this hard time of his passing.

To Andy, Todd, Kyle, Ashley and the grandchildren, our deepest condolences on your loss. And to Tom: we met the very day in 1958 that Our Lady of Good Counsel High School opened. So many special events, memories and sentiments we shared like brothers over these 60+ years are fondly remembered. Our hearts are heavy here, but I will not say goodbye to my fellow Falcon, instead to my fellow Falcon, we will always love you and Rest In Peace my friend, until we meet again!!

Tom was a classmate and a really nice guy. In High School where bullies abound, he was nice to everyone. We were in many classes together. I never saw him do or say a mean thing. He was nice to everyone. I am so very for his family and friends.

In addition to Bob Clark’s sentiment, I want to personally give thanks to Tom for getting Bob into coaching football, starting with the St. Mary’s team in Rockville 20+ years ago and then at Our Lady of Good Counsel. Tom and Andy always have a special place in my heart for their friendship and kindness from day one. I will always remember Tom’s smile and his strength in fighting his toughest fight. With all my love!
