Thora J. Miller, 89, of Montgomery Village, MD passed away on February 24, 2020. Daughter of the late Melvin and Thora Isaminger. Wife of the late Wayne Miller. Survived by her two children, Paul M. Miller of Montgomery Village, MD and Kathleen Miller of Montgomery Village, MD.
Service arrangements will be announced at a later date.
