Shirley E. Kitzmiller, 78, of Gaithersburg, MD passed away on October 6, 2020. Daughter of the late John and Blanche Hargett. Survived by her husband, David Kitzmiller, Sr., as well as her children, Cleveland Rowe (Gaithersburg), April Overton (Gaithersburg), Patricia King, David Kitzmiller Jr. (Virginia), Maria Kitzmiller (Gaithersburg), Amia Kitzmiller (Silver Spring), and Alana Kitzmiller (Gaithersburg). Also survived by five grandchildren, her sister, Esther King, and brother, John Hargett (Mt. Airy).
