Noreen Fessenden Obituary

Noreen D. Fessenden, 82, of Brookeville, MD passed away on August 4, 2020. Daughter of the late Regis and Nora Dougherty. Wife of the late Franklin E. Fessenden. Survived by her two children, Eric Fessenden (Kristine) of Poolesville, MD and Kathleen Bishop (Paul) of Nottingham, MD. Also survived by nine grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

A private funeral will take place on Friday August 14, 2020.
