Mitsuko K. Banks, 85, of Laytonsville, MD passed away on May 4, 2020. Daughter of the late Kisaburo and Toyo Kawahara Kimura. Survived by her daughter, Christine Palamara (Christopher) of Laytonsville, MD. Also survived by two grandchildren and her brother, Mitsuo Kimura of Japan.
