Kenneth Charles Kresge

Kenneth Charles Kresge, 86, of Derwood, MD passed away on Tuesday, March 12, 2019. Son of the late Charles Kenneth and Grace Marie Kresge. Husband of the late Olympia Axarlis Kresge. Survived by his three children, Charles T. Kresge (Catherine) of Michigan, Michael K. Kresge (Linda) of New Jersey, and Lori Rolston (Steven) of Derwood, MD. Also survived by seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren, as well as his sister, Sandra, and two brothers, Terry and Dennis. Predeceased by his brother, Larry.

After Ken retired from ExxonMobil where he was a chemical engineer for his entire career, he moved to Avalon, NJ. While living at the shore, Ken enjoyed fishing, creating stained glass items, gathering with friends, and beach time with his grandchildren. Later when he moved to Maryland, his beloved puggle Minnie kept him company while he knit thousands of hats for children in need.
