Judith A. Osborne, 79, of Hagerstown, MD passed away on December 12, 2020. Daughter of the late Edwin Warren Williford, Sr. and Nannie Louise Williford. Wife of the late David L. Osborne. Survived by her three children, Diane Crawford, Leann Kelly, and James Osborne, as well as five grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Also survived by her brother, Phillip Williford. Predeceased by her brother, Edwin Williford, Jr.
