Connie May Moran, 55, of Laytonsville, MD passed away on December 28, 2020. Daughter of Dale Smith and the late Betty Radford Smith. Survived by her husband, Kenneth M. Moran, as well as her two daughters, Shannon Moran Ingram (Mitchell) of Frederick, MD and Jazmine Moran (Henry Ruiz) of Miami Beach, FL. Also survived by her sister Terry Madison, niece Lauren, sister-in-law Dr. Elizabeth Moran (Michael Lavine), and brother-in-law Andrew Moran. Predeceased by her nephew Kyle.
