Basil W. Waters III

Basil W. Waters III, 84, of Gaithersburg, MD passed away on February 2, 2019. Son of the late Basil W. Waters, Jr. and Mary Irene Boswell Waters. Husband of the late Elizabeth "Betty" Waters. Survived by his sister, Laura Ann Whirley (Bobby) of Redland, MD as well as his brother-in-law, Ridgely B. Chichester, Jr. (Ginny) of Brookeville, MD. Also survived by his niece, Caroline Thompson, and three nephews, Robert Thompson, Chip Whirley, and Tim Whirley.

Relatives and friends may visit on Tuesday, February 5, 2019 from 10am to 11am at the Roy W. Barber Funeral Home, 21525 Laytonsville Rd., Laytonsville, MD 20882, where funeral services will be held at 11am. Interment will follow at St. John's Episcopal Church Cemetery in Olney, MD.
