Joseph M. Tough, 44, of Gaithersburg, MD passed away on July 1, 2019. Son of Joseph J. and Betty Skaggs Tough of Gaithersburg, MD. Survived by his two children, Bella Rose Tough and Jonathan M. Tough. Also survived by his sisters, Kristal Bass of Damascus, MD and Erin Cahill of Frederick, MD.
Relatives and friends may visit on Tuesday, July 9, 2019 from 5pm to 7pm at the Roy W. Barber Funeral Home, 21525 Laytonsville Rd., Laytonsville, MD 20882. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Joseph's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, a local animal shelter, or homeless shelter.
