Shelly Jaye Steinman

Shelly Jaye Livesay Steinman, 59 years old, passed away on August 17, 2020. Born in Takoma Park, Maryland on October 16, 1960. She was the daughter of Helen Louise Waugh and Jennings Andrew Livesay. She graduated from Northwood High School and Penn Foster Career School. She worked as a bookkeeper for many years. She is survived by 4 children Richard, Rachael, Stephanie, and Jared. Five grandchildren Tyler, Makayla, Jahmai, Maliyah, and Jayla. Her mother Helen and siblings Tracy and Jay. She also has a cat named Maxwell that will remain with her children. Our mother Shelly was full of life, was fearless, strong, beautiful, brave, she was one to the wind and loved with all her soul and spread life among our family tree. She may be gone but never forgotten and always in our hearts. Celebration of Life will be determined later. Will be posted on Shelly’s Facebook account.
