Richard "Skip" William Paugh

Richard W. Paugh, 58, of Olney, MD passed away on May 23, 2020. Born on August 11, 1961, in Indianapolis, IN, the son of William Frederick Paugh and Lois Dakin Wilder Paugh. Moved to Washington, DC in 1984. Survived by his wife, Mary Ann McNeill Paugh. Also survived by three brothers, Darryl Scott Wilder of Leigh High Acres, FL, Dennis Paugh of Indianapolis, IN, and Michael Paugh of Bloomington, IN, and six nephews: James McNeill, Nolan McNeill, Aidan McNeill, Ryan McNeill, Jonathan Wilder, and Joshua Wilder. Predeceased by his parents, Fred and Lois Paugh, and his sister Deborah Ann Paugh.

A funeral service will be at St. Peter's Catholic Church, 2900 Olney-Sandy Spring Rd., Olney, MD 20832 on Saturday, July 11, 2020 at 11am. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Peter's Catholic Church, http://www.stpetersolney.org.
