Priscilla Ann Hansen

Priscilla Ann Hansen (nee Harding), 88, Retired Power/Engineering Draftswoman, beloved wife, excellent mom, devoted grandmother and native of Gaithersburg, MD, passed peacefully on Friday, January 16, 2026 at her residence in Walkersville, MD.

She is survived by her children, Heidi Hansen (David Paper) of Purcellville, VA, Ronald Hansen (Karen), of Fredericksburg, VA, and Heather Butt (Brian) of Union Bridge, MD. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Amanda Nagy, Cristin Butt, James Butt, Kelly Henderson Vanderhoof and Katie Estep and great grandchildren Callie Stanton, Patrick Stanton, Maverick Henderson, Ace Henderson, Evangeline Henderson, Lincoln Henderson, Zelda Vanderhoof and Hilda Vanderhoof. As well as brothers Upton Harding (Connie), of Gaithersburg, brother Kenneth Harding (Carol), of Silver Spring, MD, sister Jacqueline Harding of Gaithersburg.

She is preceded in death by her husband of 49 years Ronald L. Hansen; parents John E. Harding Sr., and Violet J. Harding; granddaughter Michelle Estep; brothers John E. Harding Jr., Robert Harding, Carvel Harding; sisters Jean Graham, Julia Blankenship, Janet Burdette, and Lita Harding.

Funeral services will be held at 12:00 noon Wednesday, January 28, at St. Timothy’s Catholic Church, 8651 Biggs Ford Rd. Walkersville, MD 21793. A Celebration of Life and fellowship will be held after the service, details to follow. A private interment will take place in Forest Oak Cemetery in Gaithersburg at a later date.
