Phillip Bentley, Jr.

Phillip (Fuzzy) Bentley Jr, of Big Pool Maryland passed away December 3rd 2024. Phillip is survived by his Fiancé Elizabeth Lawrence and two daughters Alyssa Bentley and Alisha Bentley, Father and Mother Phillip Bentley Sr and Linda Bentley and 3 siblings George Bentley, Stephanie Hoover, Chrissy Bentley and his beloved nieces and nephews. 

Born on May 20th, 1979, in Montgomery County Maryland. Phil was a Damascus High School graduate and most recently have been working at Maryland State Highway where he loved plowing snow and training the new hires on how to run the equipment. 

In his free time, he loved working on his show car a 1991 Ford Foxbody Mustang. He also enjoyed coaching his youngest daughter in softball and watching both girls cheer during football season. Phil was an avid Redskins fan and during football season you would find him watching as many of the football games that he could. In the summer if he wasn't at a car show you could find him with his family bowling. 

A family and friends viewing will be held at Barber Funeral Home in Laytonsville Maryland, December 11th 2024, between 6:00PM and 8:00PM. Funeral services will be held at Barber Funeral Home on December 12th 2024, at 11:00AM, followed by Graveside at Rickets Cemetery in Derwood Maryland. His fiancé and daughters would like to welcome everyone afterwards to their home in Big Pool Maryland. 

Pallbearers will be Phillip Bentley Sr, Chris Collins, Lester Ward, Mike Hoover, Billy Hahn, James Shepherd, Jake Christian and Mike Hahn
