Penelope O. Pickett, 80, of Rockville, MD passed away on January 31, 2021. Daughter of the late Daniel and Hazel Osbourne Pickett. Survived by her son, James Morrow of Gaithersburg, MD, as well as a grandchild. Also survived by her brother, Michael Pickett of Germantown, MD.
