Joyce passed quietly at home in Brookeville, MD on Wednesday Oct. 15, 2025. She is survived by her mother

Alice "JoAnn" Keister, Son, Jerimy Claggett (Ann), Granddaughter Kayden, Daughter Caroline Ricci Brothers - David Keister (Claire), Fred Keister (Gwen), Sisters - Eva Miller (Don), Babara Achstetter, Maggie Dougherty (Henry), Sarah Bradly and 21 Nieces and Nephews. A service will be planned at a later date. May she Rest in Peace.
