Dorothy I. Kent

Dorothy I. Kent, 93, passed away peacefully at home with her family at her side on Thursday, April 22, 2021. She is survived by her four children, Roger (Lisa) Kent, Allen (Cheryl) Kent, Patty (Rick) Bogley, and Brian Kent, as well as her three grandchildren, Christopher, Nicole, and Aaron.

Relatives and friends may visit on Thursday, April 29, 2021 from 10am to 11am at the Roy W. Barber Funeral Home, 21525 Laytonsville Rd., Laytonsville, MD 20882, where a Memorial Service will be held at 11am. Burial will be at 12:30pm at All Souls Cemetery in Germantown, MD. 

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made in her memory to ARC of Montgomery County Attn: Residential Program, 7326 Calhoun Place, Rockville, MD 20855 or Montgomery Hospice, 1355 Piccard Dr., Suite 100, Rockville, MD 20850.
