Donna Jean Becker

Donna passed away peacefully on May 26, 2025. Donna was born and raised in Maryland and was one of eight children of the late Vincent and Sandra Becker.

Donna loved to travel and visited many places with family and friends. She was an avid Washington Redskins fan and loved Sunday afternoon football games. Donna enjoyed Sci-fi, especially Twilight Zone marathons, Star Wars and Harry Potter.

Donna had a sweet and gentle nature and loved her family and friends immensely - especially her pets. Donna will be remembered for her kindness, integrity, and compassion. She loved her job and enjoyed working with people. She loved to laugh and spread joy wherever she went.

Donna is survived by her siblings / in-laws Vincent and Christine Becker, John Becker, Alana and Alan Butler, Kenneth and Tina Becker, Patricia Powell, and Robert Dodson. She is preceded in death by her brother, Ronnie Becker and her sister, Barbara Dodson.

Donna enjoyed the holidays and spending time with family including her numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, grandnieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends may visit on Tuesday, June 3, 2025 from 6pm to 8pm at Roy W. Barber Funeral Home, 21525 Laytonsville Rd., Laytonsville, MD 20882. A funeral mass will be held on Wednesday, June 4, 2025 at 11am at St. Peter's Catholic Church, 2900 Olney-Sandy Spring Rd., Olney, MD 20832. Interment will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery in Silver Spring, MD.
