Charlotte H. Harvey

Charlotte H. Harvey, 90, passed away January 29, 2025.

Born in Gardner, MA, Charlotte is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts, Amherst where she earned a degree in psychology with a minor in math. She was recruited by the government to work with early mainframe computing technologies. She later focused on raising her family and being a full time homemaker. She was known for her strong intellect and generosity. She was always willing to help a family member in need and regularly practiced Soduka puzzles until her passing. She was married to her devoted husband Norman for 64 years until he passed in 2021. She will be missed by all who knew her.

She is survived by her sister Judy Renes and brother Jack Hannula and her sons Leslie Harvey and Lance Harvey and Lance’s wife Nessi Harvey. Her daughter, Paula Leach, passed away in 2021. She also leaves behind seven grandchildren and one great-granddaughter.

Charlotte will be laid to rest in Parklawn Memorial Park on February 12, 2025 at 1:00 PM in Rockville, MD. Funeral services will be private.
