Burton Arthur Sanquist, Jr., beloved husband and father, died peacefully and surrounded by family on September 6, 2024.
Burt was born at Quonset Point Naval Air Station in Rhode Island on April 30, 1953 to Burton Arthur Sanquist, Sr. and Margaret Louise Sanquist. He graduated from the University of Maryland with a Bachelor's degree in Finance in 1976 and had a successful career in the dental industry for over 40 years.

Burt's love for life and contagious positive energy were felt by all around him and were evident in his humor, dancing, and glowing smile.
Burt is survived by his wife, Cindy Sanquist, daughters Christine Sanquist and Katie Burton, sons-in-law Steven Ponchio and Bradley Burton, and his grandson, Brooks Burton. He also leaves behind siblings Steve Sanquist, Kenny Sanquist, Maureen Sibold, their spouses, and numerous nieces and nephews.
