William "Pops" L. Willis, Sr.

William "Pops" L. Willis, Sr., 80, of Harpers Ferry, WV passed away on January 12, 2020. Son of the late Charles and Ruby Parks Willis. Husband of the late Elaine Willis. Survived by his five children, William Willis, Jr. (Brenda), Kathleen Willis, Rosemarie Fields (Charles), Mark Willis (Tina), and Tracy Willis, all of West Virginia. Also survived by six grandchildren and his three brothers, Paul Willis of California, David Willis of Thurmont, MD, and Tommy Willis of Tennessee.

Relatives and friends may visit on Friday, January 17, 2020 from 11am to 12pm at the Roy W. Barber Funeral Home, 21525 Laytonsville Rd., Laytonsville, MD 20882, where a funeral service will be held at 12pm. Interment will follow at All Souls Cemetery in Germantown, MD.
