Marie Riley Gowen, 92, of Sandy Spring, MD passed away on February 10, 2019. Daughter of the late Cecil and Lillian Riley. Wife of the late Paul R. Gowen. Survived by her three sons, Bradford Gowen of Washington, DC, Alan Gowen of Keymar, MD, and Kevin Gowen of Washington, DC. Also survived by four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
