Margaret Louise Smith, 90, of Germantown, MD passed away on January 7, 2020. Daughter of the late Earl and Violet Grace Hunt. Wife of the late Otis Edwin Smith, Sr. Survived by her four children, Darlene Hood (Eddie) of Germantown, MD, Otis E. Smith, Jr. (Joyce) of Ijamsville, MD, Robert Smith (Betty) of Gaithersburg, MD, and David Smith (Janet) of Gaithersburg, MD. Also survived by 8 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, and her sister, Mildred Smith of Pennsylvania. Predeceased by her grandson, Scott Hood.
