Beloved son of Richard Hugh and Anna Riggs Holton of Gaithersburg, beloved brother of Theresa Holton Bohs (Mark Joseph) and loving uncle of Kayleigh Anna Bohs and Colin Michael Bohs all of Damascus, grandson of the late Ledoux Elgee Riggs, Jr and Gladys Laird Riggs of Rockville and Hubert Guion Holton of Kinston, NC.  Also surviving are grandmother Joyce Ethel Ames of Alexandria, VA and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.  Viewing will be held on Tuesday September 11, 2018 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Roy W. Barber Funeral Home, 21525 Laytonsville Road, Laytonsville, MD 20882 with funeral services Wednesday September 12, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Bartholomew Episcopal Church, 21611 Laytonsville Rd, Laytonsville, MD 20882.  Interment immediately following at Saint Paul Methodist Cemetery, 21720 Laytonsville Rd, Laytonsville, MD.  In lieu of flowers family requests donations may be made to NAMI of Montgomery County, MD or The Epilepsy Foundation of Maryland.
