JEANNE RUSKIN MATHES

Jeanne Ruskin Mathes age 94, of Silver Spring, MD passed away peacefully on Saturday, July 13, 2019.  Beloved wife of the late Robert C Mathes; loving mother of David Mathes (Kathy), James Mathes (Margaret), Linda Harmon (Bill), Nancy Horan (Michael), Carol Mathes, Janet Lanham ( Skip) and Ann Allcock (Shannon).  Also survived by 14 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends at Barber’s Funeral Home 21525 Laytonsville Road, Laytonsville, MD 20882 on Thursday July 18th from 6pm to 8pm.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at Our Lady of Grace Church, 15661 Norbeck Boulevard, Silver Spring, MD on Friday July 19th at 11am.  Interment Gate of Heaven Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimers Association.
