James E. Phipps, 92, of Brookeville, MD passed away on January 26, 2019. Son of the late Milford and Tishie Phipps. Survived by his wife, Katherine Phipps, as well as his four children, Jennifer Jeffries (John) of Sykesville, MD, Tracey Phipps (Patricia) of Pasadena, MD, Karen Caicea (Steve) of West Virginia, and Tobin Phipps of Brookeville, MD. Predeceased by his daughter, Donna Phipps. Also survived by nine grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
