Basil Taggart, 84, of Olney, MD passed away on March 18, 2019. Son of the late Paul and Clare Taggart. Husband of the late Patricia Ann Taggart. Survived by his three children, Susan Colemant (Tim) of Olney, MD, Kathleen Hurley (William) of Brookeville, MD, and William Taggart of Olney, MD. Also survived by four grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, and his sister, Susan Taggart of Florida.
